Kayla & Zac's unforgettable garden wedding day was something out of a fairytale and a comic book all at once. The couple opted for a day filled with both sides of who they are: formal elegance and pure fun.
At the beautiful Kingwood Center Gardens, they chose a private first touch to calm their nerves before the ceremony. The guests arrived on this perfect May day to the sound of a string quartet, fresh lemonade, and even got graced by the many peacocks wandering the grounds.
The ceremony was emotional in the very best way, as the two exchanged handwritten vows through tears and chose to do a hand tying to solidify their commitment during the ceremony.
Afterwards, it was time for a champagne toast in the courtyard, followed by the couple's first dance. After their friends gave speeches, the guests were dismissed to head to the second location of the evening: Old North Arcade Bar.
Cocktail attire would be traded in for more casual wardrobe, and rather than a formal plated dinner, Raising Canes Chicken and pizza was the meal of choice.
The couple joined their guests for the rest of the evening for arcade games, giant Jenga, and toasted the night away at husband and wife.
