Jorgensen Gardens Wedding Venue Combines Bright Florals and Ohio Elegance

Capturing Robbie and Maddie’s journey has been one of my favorite stories.

Their story began in the summer of 2021 at Kent State University, where football brought them together. Maddie was a graphic design and photography intern, capturing the spirit of the game, while Robbie worked as a football operations graduate assistant. They met through mutual friends on the job, and it wasn’t long before Robbie asked Maddie out. From that very first date, their connection was undeniable.

After graduation, their shared love for athletics and each other led them to Tennessee. But it was back in Ohio where one of the most important chapters unfolded. In July 2023, Maddie thought she was simply meeting a friend in Kent for a casual catch-up. Instead, she walked into the same park where she and Robbie had their first date—and there he was, waiting with a ring and a lifetime promise.

Now, when it came to their wedding day, they new Ohio was the place to host the celebration with all their loved ones nearby.

Robbie and Maddie hosted their luxury Columbus Ohio wedding, surrounded by family and friends. Their vision? A bright wildflower wedding with dreamy, enchanted garden vibes—lush blooms, vibrant color palettes with bright pinks, greens—and baby blue napkins that I can't stop thinking about—and a romantic atmosphere that felt like a Taylor-Swift-sized fairytale.
